Improve Curb Appeal

o Clean up outside flower/shrubbery beds

o Add fresh mulch which does wonders for appearance

o Depending on time of year, add color  with low cost plantings

   like annual flowers that will bloom all season)

o Paint or replace mailbox if required

o Freshen up exterior door & trim paint if required

Spruce Up the Interior

o Depersonalize interior (buyers need to see themselves in the house)

o Reduce clutter, and bulky furniture that make rooms look small

o Add color and contrast with low cost accessories like "throws"

o Add some greens to get a feel of freshness and the outdoors

o Look at wall accessories and make changes/additions if necessary

o Are more serious changes required (paint, carpets, etc)
